The body has stopped. The head hasn’t. Give it ninety minutes to catch up.

The week is over. Your mind doesn’t know it yet.
Ninety minutes of live singing bowls and gongs on a Saturday morning, to break the pattern of the last five days. The sound holds your attention so the week can finally drop away, and you come back to yourself in time to actually enjoy your weekend.
The sound interrupts the replay of the week. Thoughts slow down without you having to force them.
Lying still with sound all around, the shoulders, jaw and breath soften on their own.
Space between thoughts. Many people drift somewhere between waking and sleep.
Leave lighter and rested, ready to be with family, friends and yourself.
Mats on the floor, eyes covered, and the bowls and gongs played live around the room. Fifteen seconds from a recent session in Pune.
Filmed during a session at SAMA Spaces, New Kalyani Nagar.
A warm, quiet studio in New Kalyani Nagar, made for sound and stillness: soft light, wooden floors, gongs on the wall and room for just eleven mats.

You arrive, leave your shoes and phone at the door and settle onto your mat. Aishwarya guides you in gently. Then you lie down, close your eyes, and the singing bowls and gongs are played live around you. Slowly the sound fades into silence, and you return in your own time, rested and clear for the rest of your weekend.

Getting there

Aishwarya is a SAMA facilitator who co-leads SAMA’s sound healing and meditation trainings with Dhyan Shanto and guides sound meditation sessions in Pune.
She will hold the space for the full ninety minutes and play every bowl and gong live. Nothing you hear is recorded.
No experience is needed and there is nothing to prepare. If you can lie down, you can do this.
Please tell us at the door about pregnancy, a pacemaker, epilepsy or recent surgery, so the gongs can be kept away from you. Offered as a meditative practice, not medical care.
One morning, eleven mats, ninety minutes of live sound. When the mats are gone, the session is full.
Secure payment by Razorpay. We’ll confirm your place on WhatsApp.
None at all. You lie down, close your eyes and listen. Aishwarya guides you from beginning to end.
Loose, comfortable clothes and socks if you like to stay warm. Mats, cushions and eye pillows are provided. You may like to bring a water bottle.
Please arrive by 11:15 AM. The session begins at 11:30 sharp and ends at about 1:00 PM, roughly 90 minutes in all.
That’s perfectly fine. Many people drift in and out of sleep. The sound keeps working either way.
Most people can join. Please tell us at the door about pregnancy, a pacemaker, epilepsy or recent surgery, so the gongs can be kept away from you. The session is a meditative practice and does not replace medical or psychological care.
