All payments must be made through approved payment methods (such as Razorpay or other listed options). Bookings may not be confirmed until payment is received.

4. User Responsibility

  • Attend sessions on time
  • Follow instructions during sessions

We are not responsible for missed sessions due to late arrival or incorrect details.

5. Health & Well-being Disclaimer
Our services are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, session content, and media belong to Dhyan Shanto SAMA and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

  • Personal outcomes from sessions
  • Technical/payment failures beyond our control
  • Indirect or incidental damages

8. Communication Consent
By submitting your details, you agree to receive communication via email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding bookings and updates.

10. Updates
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Sound Healing Sessions

  • Cancellation allowed up to 48 hours before the session
  • Within 48 hours → no refund

Training Programs

  • Cancellation terms may vary by course
  • Refer to individual course pages for specific policies

Rescheduling

  • Allowed once if informed at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability

No-show Policy

  • No refunds for missed sessions

Refunds

  • Processed within 7–10 working days-
  • Refunded to original payment method
